Below are standard packages and options, but we also have the ability to customize
just about every aspect of the EWeatherMail Service, including splitting up your ADI/DMA
coverage area into separate forecast areas, and creating accounts that are county or city
specific.
Market exclusive contracts are also available, please contact us for details.
Small Market Package
For Radio Stations and TV Stations in market sizes 125 and up
Includes:
EWeatherMail forecast service covering one US state and up to 25 counties for all weather forecasts up to four times daily, 24/7 operation
EWeatherMail Distribution account to allow email to be sent to all subscribers
Website HTML plug ins to allow signup from your website
Custom graphics, links, and pictures on each EWeatherMail
Link in each EWeatherMail to your website
Secure- multilevel protection against SPAM, hackers, and false bulletins
Support for up to 50,000 subscribers
$250 setup fee (due on contract
signing)
$100 per month, minimum 1 year contract
Medium Market Package
For Radio Stations and TV Stations in market sizes 41 to 124
Includes:
EWeatherMail forecast service covering one US state and up to 50 counties for all weather bulletins up to four times daily, 24/7 operation
EWeatherMail Distribution account to allow email to be sent to all subscribers
Website HTML plug ins to allow signup from your website
Custom Email Header and Footer messages on each bulletin
Link in each bulletin to a website showing a map of the area affected
Secure- multilevel protection against SPAM, hackers, and false bulletins
Support for up to 100,000 subscribers
$250 setup fee (due on contract
signing)

Major Market Package

TERMS OF SERVICE:
"THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE EWeatherMail SERVICE, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED."
ItWorks dba EWeatherMail will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond ItWorks' reasonable control. In no event shall ItWorks be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; NOR SHALL ItWorks dba EWeatherMail BE LIABLE TO SUBSCRIBER FOR any damages WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY beyond a refund of subscriber fees. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California."
CREATING AN ACCOUNT, LISTSERVICE, SUBSCRIPTION OR IN ANY WAY USING THE SERVICES
PROVIDED CONSTITUTES AN AFFIRMATION OF HAVING READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE SERVICE
